What should the workers pay attention to during the installation and debugging of the motor automatic assembly line?

The installation and debugging of motor automatic assembly production line is the key link to ensure the stable operation of equipment, product quality and production efficiency, which needs to cover the whole process of basic preparation, mechanical installation, electrical system debugging, online trial operation and safety verification. The following are the key points to be paid attention to in each stage, which are disassembled according to the process:

First, the preparation stage before installation: lay a precise foundation

Adequate preparation before installation can avoid subsequent rework, and the core is "defining standards, checking conditions and planning processes".

Technical data and standard check

Be sure to obtain complete technical documents, including production line assembly drawing, mechanical parts dimension drawing, electrical schematic diagram, PLC program list, safety specifications (such as ISO 12100 mechanical safety standard), equipment installation manual, etc., to ensure that all installation actions meet the design requirements.

Clarify the core technical parameters: confirm the positioning accuracy of the production line (such as bearing press-fitting coaxiality ≤0.02mm), conveying speed (such as linear speed of chain plate 0.5-1m/s) and beat matching of each station (such as the beat difference between stator assembly station and rotor assembly station ≤2s) in advance as the benchmark for subsequent installation and debugging.

Verification of site environment and basic conditions

Site planning: ensure that the space in the installation area of the production line meets the requirements of equipment layout (including the width of safe passage ≥1.2m) and equipment maintenance space (such as the operation space around the transplanting robot ≥1.5m), and avoid vibration sources (such as stamping equipment) and strong electromagnetic interference (such as high-power welding machine).

Acceptance of foundation works: check the strength (usually above C30), flatness (error ≤2mm per square meter) and position deviation (≤5mm) of reserved holes of anchor bolts of concrete foundation, and the foundation needs to undergo curing period (usually 28 days) to avoid equipment dislocation caused by later settlement.

Equipment and material inventory

Check the parts one by one according to the packing list: focus on the packaging integrity of precision parts (such as servo motor, ball screw and visual inspection camera) to confirm that there is no transportation damage; Check the specifications, models and quantities of standard parts (such as bolts and bearings) to avoid installation interruption due to missing parts.

Pre-assemble key components in advance: pre-assemble large and heavy components (such as assembly line frame and transplanting mechanism) before leaving the factory or in the on-site pre-assembly area to verify the interface matching (for example, the gap at frame splicing is ≤0.5mm), thus reducing the difficulty of on-site installation.
