How to deal with the failure of motor assembly line in use?
When the motor assembly line suddenly breaks down during operation, the emergency treatment should follow the principle of "safety first, quick stop, accurate judgment and standardized disposal", which should not only avoid equipment damage or casualties caused by the expansion of the fault, but also lay the foundation for subsequent maintenance and production recovery. The following are the key points of step-by-step emergency treatment, covering fault response, core disposal, follow-up process and preventive measures:
First, the primary operation after the failure: safe shutdown and isolation.
When any fault (such as abnormal sound, jamming, sparks, alarm, etc.) occurs, the first step must be to ensure "man-machine safety" and avoid secondary accidents:
Stop the machine immediately and cut off the energy.
Operate the general emergency stop button of the production line (usually the red mushroom head button, which is arranged at key positions along the production line), and at the same time close the general power supply of the production line, compressed air valve (if pneumatic assembly unit is involved) and hydraulic valve (if there are hydraulic drive parts) to ensure that the equipment is completely power-off and pressure-off, and stop all moving parts (such as conveyor belt, mechanical arm, press, etc.).
If the local unit (such as bearing press-fitting station and rotor assembly station) fails, try to operate the emergency stop button of the unit first, and if it fails, cut off the main power supply immediately to avoid the local failure spreading to the whole line.
On-site isolation and warning
Set warning signs (such as "Equipment failure, operation prohibited" and "under maintenance") around the entrance of the production line, pull a warning line or place an isolation fence to prevent irrelevant personnel from entering, so as to prevent misoperation or irrelevant personnel from touching faulty components (such as unstable conveyor belts and exposed electrical connectors).
Personnel safety confirmation
Check whether there are people trapped or injured in the fault area. If there are personnel safety problems, give priority to organizing rescue (such as assisting the trapped people to evacuate and contacting medical support), and at the same time ensure that the rescuers protect themselves (such as wearing safety helmets and insulating gloves and avoiding touching live parts).
